Welcome to “Hot Shit in a Champagne Glass.”

My name is Dante. I write about music and culture because I love it. I may not know everything there is to know about it, but I’m learning with every show I go to and every song I hear. I’m not out to slander artists or be a snob, I just love music and talking the the artists who make it.

Whether your new to this “crazy world of music” or are crusty with the grime of hundreds of shows, I want to give you a closer look at artists in Atlanta.

This blog is a continuation of my old Hot Shit blog, but it’s official, without all those broken promises and shows gone unseen. This time, it’s for real.

I, myself, am a punk rocker at heart, but I’m into all kinds of music. Everything from trance to folk to Indian ragas, I’m all over the place. Hot shit isnt about a specific genre, but I mostly write about artists and shows in Atlanta, local and touring. If I get lucky, I’ll travel and let you know about music that’s happening out of the city or Georgia, but the the spotlight is still on Atlanta.
